Estafania has been at our home since the summer. She is a bright, spunky, smart girl who loves the Lord and loves to help!  Her dream is to open her own restaurant someday… serving Mexican (of course) and Italian (?) specialities.  So, some volunteers here at the home gave her the chance to practice… she created a menu and shopping list and they bought all that she needed. Then she prepared an Italian feast for all the kids and staff at Rosarito.  We called it “Happy Friday Dinner”.  It was fun to see her use her talents and serve others at the same time. We hope she does achieve her dream someday!
